APARTMENTS 210
Аpartments 162 m2

Apartment with a total area of 210 sq.m.

The main distinctive feature of this project can be called its non-standard architecture. Here are combined radius and angular shapes, second light in the living room area, attic floor, beams, low and high ceilings. All these moments add complexity to the design, but at the same time make the object unique in its kind.

In the center of the living room is a large sofa, to the right of it is an open storage system from Poliform. The main lighting is provided by stretch strings with spotlights and an accent pendant lamp by Davide Groppi. It will fill the space with a cozy, diffused light. The kitchen is located in a separate room, and it also has access to a laundry room. The private area is separated from the common area by a door to the right of the entrance to the apartment. The master bedroom, children's room, and wardrobe can be accessed from the corridor directly behind it. There is also a staircase that leads to the second floor, which serves as a family lounge area.

The apartment already had some elements that the customers asked to be kept. These included the staircase, the tiles in the hallway and kitchen, and the window sills. Therefore, the color scheme was created based on these inputs.
